recent beauty buys

it’s a little early to give these products their own private-post real estate on the glossarie, but as obsessed as i am with what other people are buying and adding to their beauty routines, i thought you might like to see my prettiest purchases of late.

1 – supposedly great for smoothing without crushing volume;
bumble and bumble straight blow dry
, $28

2 – according to miss g, this packs a lot of punch
but doesn’t clump or look too heavy;
covergirl natureluxe mousse mascara
in very black, $7

 3 – fell in love with the price and pigments of these singles
(oh, and they snap into these custom eye palettes);
mark. i-mark custom pick eyeshadow, $6

4 – nostalgia overcame me at target the other day
and i was reintroduced to an old friend from 7th grade;
bonne bell liquid lip smacker lip gloss in strawberry, $3

5 – another old friend, i’m excited to see if this gives
my tinted moisturizer more of a flawless finish;
laura mercier oil free foundation primer, $19.50

are there any exciting new products in your routine these days?

    Can’t wait to read your reviews on the bumble and bumble straight blow dry spray. I purchased the oribe dry texturizing spray after reading your review and love it!..I trust your judgment:-)
    Quick question, have you ever thought about doing a post about how you organize all your products, jewelry. My stuff is so disorganized and I need ideas to keep my products from taking over my bathroom.
    Thanks

      i hear wonderful things about davines, but have only given one of their products a try. i’ll have to improve upon that soon and be sure to add the leave-in to my list!
