every season my friends at mark. step it up and things are looking extra luxe for fall. my favorite among the season’s new releases are hands down these lipclicks in super-rich shine-free shades. not only has mark. nailed the ultimate formula, giving us something that delivers intense matte color and glides on easily – i mean the application here is gorgeous – but the shades are so spot on. siren is a classic and creamy red that won’t feather or fade, vixen is a fall-perfect deep berry (hello, date night!) and starlet is a punchier surprise for fall as a bright medium pink.
these are non-drying, feel almost balm-like and give a subtle fullness to my lips when i wear my go-to, starlet. you can achieve a flawless look right out of the bullet – color is rich and pigmented, seriously some of the most saturated i’ve found – or, if you prefer to go a bit more carefree, i like to start with a smoothing primer (fine lines are the devil when applying a bold lip) and then use my finger to dab and smudge the vibrant shade in place.
