since 2009, this blog and its gorgeous readers have seen me through graduate school, my wedding day, the birth of my daughter, and the adventure of starting my first job in beauty at COVERGIRL in 2016.
for over a decade, i have tried my best to keep it simple, with honest reviews of products that truly wow me. i’m not an expert (or an artist, as any longtime reader will assure you) but i am a fierce lover of all things beauty and the positive impact that finding the perfect thing can have on your day, or your life.
somewhere along the way, the glossarie became a generous source of income for my family, but above all, it has always been about sharing the best of the best in cosmetics and skincare. this blog and its little beauty-obsessed community mean the world to me – i’m genuinely so happy that you’re here!
the privacy of my readers is of the utmost importance. i automatically collect some information from all visitors to the glossarie, however, none of this information is shared with outside parties.
the glossarie contains advertising and some contextual affiliate marketing links. this means that i may earn commission on sales of the products that i feature in my posts.
i am lucky enough to receive beauty and skincare products to sample sent to me by public relations firms and direct from the brands themselves. posts that feature such products are indicated by their inclusion in the “editorial sample” category. please rest assured that my opinions on these products are completely my own and i do not accept products that require a review be written (positive or negative) – ever.
affiliate links, brand sponsorships, and pr samples are just a few of the many things that keep this blog in action and help to ensure that i have consistently beautiful content to share with you. should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me at theglossarie@gmail.com.
