i have fallen hard for this most adorable fragrance oil by monyette paris. it’s called coquette tropique (or tropical flirt) and has recently caught the attention of natalie portman and christina applegate. since it’s a concetrated oil, a little of this alluringly sexy stuff goes a long way and while it’s kind of summery, it’s also fun and happy and reminds me of one very fabulous vacation to beachy la jolla. i’m slightly bummed i found it so late in the season, but the warm madagascar vanilla topnote makes me believe i can carry it into the winter months.
now i know sweet scents aren’t for everyone but the combination of citrus and polynesian flowers really lighten this one up giving it an island feel that will send your mind on vacation even if your butt’s in your office chair.
