happy friday, pretty people! day two of december has delivered me a grand dose of holiday spirit and i am super excited to announce the chance for a glossarie reader to win a fun beauty freebie from my favorite online fashion resource, refinery29.
r29 has created their first ever holiday marketplace featuring unique collaborations with 12 amazing designers. they’re all incredible, but the best of the bunch is by far their winter warrior nail color collection created in conjunction with nyc’s own color club.
the set of six was designed by refinery29 editors with their most beauty-savvy readers in mind. the formula is pure perfection (vegan, formaldehyde-, toluene-, and dbp-free) and the shades are killer. not only will you have all the ingredients necessary to recreate the stained glass nails above, but whether your nails are craving a festive deep green, a sweetly romantic neutral, a classic red, a stormy gray, a little shimmer or a moody merlot, there’s endless mani/pedi fun to be had!
(snow pixie, happy hunter, punch drunk red, rolling in the deep, swan lake, wine cooler)
the refinery29 holiday marketplace is only online through next friday 12/9 so if you’ve got to have these polishes, by all means hop along. however, if holiday shopping has taken hold of your bank account, i have a set in my possession for one lucky individual.
quick like a bunny, leave a comment below by monday 12/5/11 at 4:00 p.m. to be entered to win!
(not sure what to say? how about which shade is your fave, or what else you’re lusting from the r29 holiday marketplace, or what your new year’s resolution is, or how many different manicures you think you can create with this set, or how much you love me…)

These colors are so beautiful they would match the latest addition my christmas list this gorgeous accessory from Madewell: http://www.madewell.com/newarrivals/accessories/PRDOVR~61595/61595.jsp
Can I get an amen Santa?!
I think I am a happy hunter who punches drunk reds while rolling in the deep!
I want Snow Pixie to wear on a snow day!
Those are some great colors. I’d also like to know how to make that awesome manicure shown at the top of this post. So cool! Probably deceptively easy, but it looks very complicated.

these look great for one of my new years resolution: not changing my nail polish so much through the week, and enjoying the color i have on longer.
